The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. During your stay, you have air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video on demand, a washing machine, and a private barbecue. The entrance is independent, and the panoramic verandas on both sides of the house are spacious. Outside, you can enjoy 2 private balconies and 3 covered terraces with views of the mountains and the sea. An outdoor shower is available for your convenience. The shared outdoor pool is open from May to October and is shared with 5 other properties. You have access to 1 on-site communal parking space. Beach towels are included. Events are not allowed on the property. The house is in the center of Chia. It is brand new and available for its first season in 2026.
